SpecMatrix 2.0 is distributed outside the App Store as an .ipa file. Installing it needs an app-signing method — a sideloading tool such as AltStore or SideStore, or a signing certificate.

About SpecMatrix

SpecMatrix is an open-source system information app for iPhone. It gathers the details that are usually scattered across Settings, spec sheets and third-party sites, and puts them in five tabs: Specs, Network, Display, Camera and Settings.

Version 2.0 is a major modernization. It’s built in SwiftUI and follows the system closely — Liquid Glass styling on iOS 26 and later, standard bars on iOS 17 and 18, light and dark appearances, and better VoiceOver and Dynamic Type support.

Where the system can’t report a value directly, SpecMatrix says so instead of guessing.

The source code, documentation and build instructions are on GitHub under the MIT License. Contributions are welcome.
